作品以象徵自然守護與純真希望的海洋神獸「波波」與住在島上的孩童「小光」為主角進行故事的建構和想像;「光」象徵人類的覺醒與文明：「海」則象徵孕育生命的自然與記憶。么光與海的相遇）在潮汐與日光交界之處：成為這段詩意邂逅的載體,兩者的交會是召喚人們重新凝視環境與文化關係的契機。

Centering on the ocean mythical beast “Bobo,” symbolizing nature’s guardianship and innocent hope, and the island child “Xiaoguang,” to construct and imagine the story. “Light” represents human awakening and civilization, while “Sea” ymbolizes nature’s life-nurturing force and memory.

(When Light Meets the Sea) becomes the vessel for this poetic encounter at the boundary of tides and sunlight, where thein convergence serves as a call for people to re-examine the relationship between environment and culture.
