飄浮水面上的兩面巨大曲面，彷彿時空的破口，帶領你我步入虛實、走進想象中，吟唱只屬於月津的奏曲，生命裡多數的逝去都不曾真正消失，事物的存在，讓人們的思念有實體的寄託，曲面在半空中擠壓出的縫隙，如同在過去與現在中，打開一扇時空的破口，一絲虛無卻簡潔有力的線，讓人們透過微小的光隙，感受虛幻與真實的張力，即使時間不停消逝，來回走過千萬次的曾經，都是為了追回那無法分離卻又不能相視的自己。

The two large curved surfaces float above the water in dynamic tension with each other and the water below. It appears as some sort of gateway or portal, inviting us to enter at one end and squeeze through to the other side perhaps to another place in time.The curves embrace and sky and the earth. They catch the breeze and reflect the light. They tell us of the passing of time and whisper the old songs of the Harbor.
