位於台灣國境之南的屏東，全境皆在北回歸線以南，具有「熱帶之都」之名，這個充滿陽光、空氣、土壤所熱情之地，熱情的孕育著具有熱帶特色的豐饒物產。

創作團隊以「陽光」為題，以極簡延伸的線條由上到下向地面延伸，陣列成圓環狀，呈現出光從天而降向這塊土地注入能量之意象，並透過不同媒材反射呈現光的不同姿態，並帶入彩繪玻璃神聖光芒的意象，期待觀者遊走在被環繞的空間中感受光的環抱，在時間中感受空氣的流動，並祝福每個人都做自己的太陽，成為照亮別人的光。

​Pingtung is located in around the southern border of Taiwan. Because the whole county is with all its areas below on the south of the Tropic of Cancer, it is known as the “Tropical City.” This sunny land passionately breeds lots of rich tropical products.

​The creative team takes “sunshine” as the theme and extends the minimized stretching lines from top to bottom. These lines are arrayed into rings that shows the image of light falling from shining through the sky and injecting breathing energy into this land. By showing the different ways of lights being reflected by different various media and bringing in with the image of the sacred lights shining through stained glass, this art work welcomes visitors to take a stroll all around to embrace the precense of light. While feeling the flow of air in as time passes, be blessed with the strength of being your own sun, brightening the lives of your own and the others.
