屏東位於台灣最南端，不同的族群在不同的時期來到南國，在時間的堆壘下多元族群的融合與交集讓這塊土地擁有豐富的面貌。作品「翩翩南國」運用軟性的材質，隨著屏東的陽光與微風翩翩起舞的光影，如同大自然的動力，把生命的河流推向空中，夜間運用流動的燈光為空間注入生命．隨著時間的變化營造出人們於河畔悠遊自在的生活樣貌，形塑出天空之河，在這裡人們相互共生與連結，開展了新的生命。

​Situated at the southernmost tip of Taiwan, Pingtung has been a melting pot for various ethnic groups throughout different epochs. Over time, this convergence of diverse communities has bestowed upon the land a rich and diverse identity. The artwork “Elegant Southern Charm” utilizes soft materials that gracefully sway in the sunlight and gentle breeze of Pingtung, resembling the rhythmic dance of nature. This dynamic interplay propels the river of life skyward. As night falls, dynamic lights breathe life into the space, creating a leisurely riverside lifestyle that molds a celestial river. Here, people coexist, connect, and embark on new life journeys.
